Nearbench was built on a simple idea: the best engineering talent isn't confined to Europe's biggest tech hubs.

Morocco has spent the last decade building one of the strongest technical talent pools in the region: the result of investment in coding schools, engineering universities, and a generation of developers who grew up building for global markets. They share Europe's timezone, often its languages, and increasingly, its standards.

We started Nearbench to close the gap between that talent and the European companies who need it. Not as a faceless outsourcing shop, but as a partner who understands both sides: what European teams actually need to trust a remote hire, and what makes a developer worth trusting.
